Recovery and Survival

This is the 3rd year Requesting-4-justice, a justice that never seems to come. . I created a website to help myself and injured workers find the help they need early in the injury process to give them a chance to defend them self before they get rip-off and are force to fight for survival; food stamp, housing assistance, & medical care for their family of twelve! Guess what! You pay for it.

I ask many workers comp webmaster to place a link of http://www.worker-comp-law.com/ on their injured workers help page and they refuse. This is just one of many examples of unethical behavior on their part denying independent resources to injured workers. They call it guild lines, guess who puts these guide lines you got it, the Legislators:

December 29, 2005 -- I have been drag by the very same people we suppose to trust the legislators. Worker Compensation left me with no means of survival, due to my permanent work related injuries which limits my work opportunities to a office environment but due to my history of learning disabilities, and an old non-violent criminal record which hunts me till this day, my only job opportunities are hard labor jobs; There are no words to express the aftermath of becoming a workers comp victim and I am not the only Victim; my daughters, son, wife, and countless numbers across the country are also impose to the very same punishment every day causing divorce, suicide, bankruptcy, versus a dignified recovery and survival!

Legislators are ripping off millions of Americans across the country; they approve laws that are structured to take your hard earned money. Next time you’re at the gas pump or when you’re paying your taxes; think about this: You are paying billions in medical care for injured workers every year! The money you are paying should be paid by insurance companies & corporations! The Legislators and insurance companies’ attorneys work together: The insurance companies’ attorney’s draw up new laws protecting them from having to pay any liability. When voting comes around the Legislators pass these very same laws and could care less if the tax payers carry the tab! did I miss something here? Where is the premium paid by employers going to? Read on; Anyone Willing To Fight For Justice!
