Determining where to file a head injury lawsuit
If you are considering filing a civil suit relating to head injury, you should seek a specialist head injury

to hear the case. There are general rules governing where a suit can be filed.
Usually, the suit must be filed in the magisterial district where the cause of the action which gave rise to the cause of action
